Holiday Cranberry Mimosa Recipe!

Happy Thanksgiving World!

I have had such a great day spending time with my parents this Thanksgiving. To get the day started off right, this morning I made the three of us cranberry mimosas and I must say they are my new favorite! They are both inexpensive, super simple to make, and they taste delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Champagne
  • Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Lime
  • Sugar
  • Cranberries and Rosemary Sprigs to garnish

To spice the mimosa up a little and give it a beautiful presentation with minimal effort, I ran a lime around the edge of the glasses and dip the rims in sugar (I mixed red and white sugar to make it even more festive) before adding two parts champagne and one part cranberry juice. Plop in a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for decoration and you’re done!

I think these turned out beautifully and would be a great way to please the crowds and start off any holiday event! After trying these I doubt I’ll be going back to the traditional orange juice mimosas anytime soon. Let me know if you end up trying them and what you think.

Cheers!
